摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜肝脾肾囊肿部分切除术的临床适用性。方法:应用腹腔镜、超声刀为48例肝脾肾囊肿患者行囊肿部分切除术,电凝烧灼及无水酒精纱布湿敷残留囊壁粘膜。结果:48例手术全部成功,手术时间20～90min,无并发症发生,均于术后3d出院。1例术后2年复发,1例术后抗结核6个月。结论:腹腔镜肝脾肾囊肿部分切除术是适用、有效的微创外科手术。　Objective：To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery in hepatic,renal and splenic cysts.Methods：Forty-eight hepatic,renal or splenic cystectomy were performed by laparoscopic ultrasound scalpel,electric coagulation and the residual cyst wall was smeared by anhydrous alcohol.Results：Forty-eight operations were performed successfully.The operation time ranged from 20 to 90min,the postoperative hospitalization was 3 days.The patients recoverd without complications except one patient recurred after 2 years and 1 patient fought against tuberculosis for 6 months after the operation.Conclusions：The laparoscopic partial hepatic,renal and splenic cystectomy is an applicable and effective mini-invasive operation.
