摘 要:推导斜压状态下托轮接触应力的计算公式,建立托轮接触疲劳寿命预测模型.计算实例表明:随着支承载荷或托轮偏斜角增大,托轮的接触疲劳寿命显著减少;当托轮支承载荷大于2 500 kN,托轮偏斜角大于1.6°时,疲劳寿命极短,因此应通过调窑,将托轮的最大支承载荷控制在2 500 kN以内,托轮偏斜角控制在1.6°以内.Computation formula of contact stress of supporting roller operated in condition of oblique compression was derived and prediction model of roller's contact fatigue life was set up. It was shown by the illustrative computation that the contact fatigue life of the supporting roller remarkably decreased with increasing of supported load and roller's oblique angle. The fatigue life arrived at its minimum when the supported load was greater than 2 500 kN and the oblique angle was greater than 1.6 degrees. So, the kiln should be adjusted to make the maximal supported load on the roller be controlled within 2 500 kN and its oblique angle less than 1.6 degrees.
