摘 要:根据单个刀具受力模型和计算公式,确定了铣刨轮载荷波动的计算方法,通过分析刀具排列参数对铣刨轮载荷的影响,提出了降低载荷波动的策略,建立了基于载荷波动最小的铣刨轮刀具排列参数优化数学模型.编写了Matlab优化设计程序,并对铣刨轮刀具排列参数进行了优化设计.优化前后统计数据表明,优化后的铣刨轮的载荷波动明显降低,提高了铣刨轮的工作平稳性和可靠性.On the basis of mechanics model and formula of a single tool, the calculating method of load fluctuation of milling cylinder was achieved. By the analysis of tools arrangement parameters influenced on the load acting on culting head, the strategy was presented to depress the load fluctuation. And the mathematic model of optimal design for tools arrangement parameters based on minimum load fluctuation was built. A optimal program was developed by using of the software of Matlab. Finally tools arrangement parameters was optimized. The statistic shows that the load fluctuation of tools is evidently reduced, which increases working reliability of the milling cylinder. 6figs., 2tabs., 7refs.
