摘 要:本文介绍了微粉堆积密度的测量方法及测量仪器的基本原理,采用数理统计的方法对试验数据进行了分析,确定了测量过程的不确定度。发现各类磨料微粉的堆积密度根据材料的不同差别很大,但均随微粉颗粒粒径的减少而降低。试验结果表明:在微粉的流动路径一定的情况下,其堆积密度的测量结果主要决定于流动过程的分散效果,当微粉流入测量筒的时间控制在30 s-90 s范围内时,测量结果的A类不确定度不大于0.02 g/cm3。The measuring method of bulk density of abrasive micro grits and the principle of the instrument are introduced in this paper. The experiment data are analyzed by mathematical statistics and the uncertainty of measuring process is determined. It is found that the bulk density is very different for different kinds of abrasive microgrits . The experiment results indicate that the measuring results are determined by the dispersity in the flowing process under the condition of certain flowing path . And the uncertainty of the measuring results of kind A is no bigger than 0.02g/cm^3 when the time of microgrits flowing into the measuring cup is limited in the range of 30 s - 90 s.
