摘　　要：干扰素是一类多功能细胞因子,是由哺乳动物体细胞合成与分泌的潜在的生物活性蛋白质,具有抵抗病毒感染、抑制肿瘤细胞生长与调节机体免疫功能的作用.概述了干扰素的性质、分类、生物学活性、基因结构、基因工程研究及安全性等问题.　Belong to a kind of multifunctional cytokines,interferons are potent biologically active proteins synthesized and secreted by somatic cells of all mammalian species Interferons＇ biological activities include antiviral activity,inhibition of tumour cell proliferation,regulation of cellular differentiation and immunomodulation This paper summarized the character of interferon,classification of interferon,biological activities of interferon, the structure of interferon gene,gene engineering research of interferon and safety of interferon
