摘 要:本文对文献[1]的全反射长毛细管吸收池中按子午光线反射导光时的吸光度积分计算式进行了修正简化,推导出其解析表达式,并据此式用微机计算了吸光度A对摩尔吸光系数和浓度的乘积e·c、吸收池的长度,和溶剂的表观散射系数β等参数的依赖关系。结果表明,A与ε·c(即与C)和,成很好的线性关系,即仍符合朗伯-比耳定律,而β值的变化对上述线性关系没有影响。The integral expression of absorbance presented by Wei Lei et al. for meridional ray TR-LCC was revised and simplified, and the analytical expression was obtained. According to the analytical expression, dependences of absorbance on parameters such as the product of molar extinction coefficient and molar concentration of the solute, the length of OWGC and the linear apparent scattering coefficient of the solvent were calculated by microcomputer. The calculated results indicate that there are very good linear dependences of absorbance on the concentration of the solute and the length of the OWGC. That is, the Lambert-Beer's law is still applicable for this kind of OWGC, and the variation of linear apparent scattering coefficient has no effect on the above linear dependences.
