玉林市2005年法定传染病网络直报质量分析及评价

摘　　要：目的为了解玉林市法定传染病网络直报系统运行情况,分析评价网络直报质量。方法对2005年《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》玉林市报告的传染病疫情个案数据导出至电子表格,用Excel电子表格和SPSS11.0进行有关统计分析和评价。结果2005年全市153家医疗机构全部实现传染病网络直报;报告单位以县级以上医疗机构为主占78.71%,全年共报告法定传染病15990例;传染病诊断到报告、报告到审核、诊断到审核时间分别为40.4小时、1.4小时、44.9小时,诊断到报告时间占诊断到审核时间的89.98%;无零缺报县(市)区;重卡率为0.01%;2005年传染病发病率较前5年平均发病率上升29.40%。结论诊断到报告是影响报告及时性的主要因素;实行传染病网络直报,使病例发现率上升导致发病率的上升,而并非某种传染病暴发或流行强度增加造成;针对存在问题提出了建议。Objective To investigate YULLN city＇s operating condition of the infectious disease on-line direct reporting system and its reporting quality. Methods TO analyze and evaluate the case data in 2005＇s Managing System of Disease Monitoring Information Report by Excel and SPSS11. 0. Results The 153 medical institutions in this city in 2005 have achieved the disease on-line direct report, among which the institutions above the county level take up 78. 71%. There were altogether 15990 cases of reported infectious disease. The time from diagnose to report, from report to verify and from diagnose to verify are 40.4 hours, 1.4 hours and 44.9 hours respectively. The time from diagnose to report takes up 89.98% of the whole time. There was no zero or failing report area and the re-report percentage was 0. 01%. The incidence of infectious disease was 29.40% higher than the annual average rate of the previous 5 years. Conclusion The time from diagnose to report is the major factor that affects the effectiveness of report; the reason for the raise of the disease ineidence rate is the infectious disease on-line direct report, not the eruption of certain disease or the increase of infect intensity; Last it presents advice for the existent problems.
