摘 要:目的通过对362例布病病例进行流行病学分析,了解我市布病的流行特征,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集1996-2006年我市各县区报告的布病报告卡片进行整理分析。结果1996-2006年全市发生人间布病362例,发病率0.83—2.4/10万之间。发病高峰在3~6月,占76%;男女发病之比为5.7:1,男性明显多于女性;年龄分布以20-45岁青壮年为主,占72%;放牧饲养人员占85.1%,明显高于其他职业人群。结论布病疫情在我市呈逐年上升趋势,加强布病的监督、监测工作,对疫区重点人群实施104M布病菌苗接种及对疫区畜群检疫、免疫、病畜淘汰是防治布鲁氏菌病的重要措施。Objective To make knowledge of epidemic characteristics in Qinhuangdao and to provide scientific data for preventive strategy. Methods Report cards for brucellosis in Qinhuangd were collected and analyzed. Results 362 cases of human brucellosis were reported in 1996-2006 in our city, the incidence was 0. 83% 2. 4/100000.There were most cases from March to June (76%), the ratio for male to female was5.7:1; Young people were the most (720/00); for profession distribution, the grazing people were the most (65.1%). Conclusion The incidence of brucellosis is increasing yearly in Qinhuangdao, surveillance for brucellosis, immunization with 104M for the sensitive population and giving vaccination for sick cattle are very important measure for brucellosis control and prevention.
