全髋表面置换治疗中青年骨关节炎近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨全髋表面置换治疗中青年髋关节骨关节炎(OA)的方法。方法23例24髋骨关节炎患者进行了全髋关节表面置换术,年龄26～55岁。手术按照Amstutz和Nelson提出的标准方法进行,定期临床与放射学随访。结果平均随访4.5年(9～67个月),无股骨颈骨折、脱位及感染。术前平均Harris评分31分,术后为92分,最近一次随访平均评分94分(89～98分)。评价:23髋优,1髋良。结论全髋关节表面置换术是治疗中青年骨关节炎有效方法。Objective To evaluate the early outcomes of total hip surface replacement in the young patients with osteoarthritis. Methods Twenty-three patients （24 hips;men 15,women 8;aged from 26 to 55 years old） with osteoarthritis were treated with total hip surface replacement. Standard operations mentioned by Amstutz and Nelson were performed and all patients were followed up for 9 to 67 months（average, 45 months）after operation. Results There were no femoral neck fracture, dislocation,and infection in all patients. The average Harris hip score was improved significantly from 31 to 92,and the average score was 94 in the latest follow-up. Based on Harris system, 23 hips were excellent, 1 hip good. Conclusion The total hip surface replacement is an effective solution for the problem of the young patients with osteoarthritis.
