摘  要:目的建立大鼠门脉回流、胰液肠内引流的胰肾联合移植动物模型。方法以近交系雄性封闭群SD大鼠为供、受者,血管吻合采用供胰腹主动脉、门静脉及肾静脉与受体腹主动脉、肠系膜上静脉及肾静脉分别行端侧、端侧和端端吻合(袖套式);供体输尿管膀胱瓣与受体膀胱吻合,最后将供者的十二指肠与受者的近端空肠相吻合。结果60只大鼠,手术成功率为85%;成功的胰肾移植后1d血糖、肌酐即下降,3d基本正常,14d后基本稳定。结论该模型符合正常生理特点,可以用于胰肾联合移植的免疫和生理研究。Objective To establish a rat model of simultaneous pancreas and kidney transplantation(SPKT) with portal venous drainage and enteric drainage. Methods The SD rats served as donors and recipients. A end-to-side anastomosis between the abdominal aorta of allograft and abdominal aorta of recipient was performed firstly. So did as the donor portal vein and the recipient superior mesenteric vein, and then the donor renal vein was anastomosed end-to-end to the recipient renal vein( use a cuff). The ureter- bladder valve was sutured to the bladder of recipients. At the end, pancreatic exocrine drainage was carried out via a duodenojejunostomy. Results Sixty experiments were performed with a successful rate of 85%. In all successful recipients, the blood glucose and serum creatinine were lowered down on the first day after transplantation, reached the normal level on the third day and became stable 14 days later. Conclusion The new rat model of SPKT with portal venous drainage and enteric drainage is near the physiologically normal founction and can be used to study the immunology and physiology.
