家蚕卵石蜡切片中卵壳软化技术探讨

摘　　要：以KOH溶液作为卵壳软化液,设置浓度和软化时间梯度对家蚕蚕卵进行软化,以切片成功率为标准摸索卵壳最佳软化条件。结果表明以10%的KOH和5m in的软化时间得到的切片成功率最高。Using KOH as softening fluid, the silkworm eggs were soften with the concentration gradient of KOH and the softening time gradient, and the best softening time and concentration were explored based on the succession ratio of the paraffin section. It was found that using 10% KOH and softening 5rain is the best condition to receive high succession ratio of the paraffin section.
