摘 要:采用中空纤维膜组件对水中溶解氧脱除进行了实验研究,测定了不同操作条件下溶解氧浓度随时间的变化关系,重点考察了真空度对中空纤维膜组件传质系数的影响,并获得了传质准数关联式.研究结果表明,系统真空度对水中溶解氧的传递过程有重要影响,且真空度越高,溶解氧脱除效果越明显,传质系数越大,并进一步影响传质准数关联式.The removal of disolved oxygen (DO) from water was experimentally studied, using a hollow fiber membrane module. In the experiments, the relation of DO concentration with time under various operating conditions was directly obtained. Based on these results, the relevant overall mass transfer coefficients and their correlations were evaluated. It was found that the vacuum degree has important influence on mass transfer of DO, and the mass transfer coefficient increases evidently with the vacuum degree increasing. This factor was included in building the correlation of mass transfer coefficient.
