摘　　要：构建农村和谐社会是社会主义现代化建设的关键时期必须担负和完成的重要使命。要构建农村和谐社会,发展农村经济是根本,建立实施农村居民最低生活保障是必要前提,同时还要切实加快农村的医疗卫生和教育事业的发展,加强基层组织和干部队伍建设。Building harmonious society is the important mission that we must undertake and complete in the critical period of socialist modernization construction. In order to build harmonious society, the development of the rural economy is the fundament , establishing and implementing the minimum livelihood guarantee of rural residents is necessary prerequisite. At the same time it still needs to speed up rural health and education undertakings, strengthen the building of grassroots organizations and the building of the contingent of cadres.
