摘  要:目的:研究脊髓急性损伤对一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)变化的影响。方法:76例脊髓急性损伤患者,根据Franked分类,分为完全截瘫组,不完全截瘫组,单纯脊柱骨折组,以健康体检人员作正常对照组,分别测4组入院24 h内血浆NOS,NO的值;完全截瘫组再分别测入院后5~7 d、入院后19~21 d NOS,NO的值。结果:脊髓急性损伤后24 h内完全截瘫者和不完全截瘫者的NOS,NO值均显著降低(P<0.01);在急性损伤后5~7 d(术前)、19~21 d(出院前)完全截瘫者NOS,NO的值显著升高(P<0.001)。结论:脊髓急性损伤后患者血浆NOS和NO出现明显的时相改变,提示NOS和NO始终参与了截瘫后脊髓继发性损害。Objective:To study the dynamic changes of nitrogen monoxide(NO) and nitricoxide synthase (NOS) in patients with acute spinal injury. Methods:Seventy-six cases with acute spinal injnry were classified into groups A (complete paraplegia) and group B, C or D (incomplelte paraplegia) according to Franked Criterion. Control group was healthy blood donors. Serum NO and NOS were measured at different time points after spinal injury. Results: Scram NO and NOS decreased significantly in the cases with both complete and incomplete paraplegia within 24 hr after spinal injury(P〈0.01). NO and NOS increase significantly in cases with complete paraplegia at 5 to 7 days (pre-operation) and 19 to 21 days after acute spinal injury (P〈 0.01). Conclusion:Scram NOS and NO change markedly at different time phases after acute spinal injury, suggesting both NOS and NO are involved in secondary spinal damage after paraplegia.
