摘　　要：文章介绍了程控交换机话务员插入功能的原理和过程,利用信令分析软件,对具体呼叫过程进行分析。对照国际标准,证明设备组网中的话务员插入功能可以通过修改软件来解决。并结合实际情况,通过深入分析和试验,证实了程控交换新功能、新业务的应用,论述了相关人员对程控交换机软件的设置方法及其注意事项。This paper introduces the principle and process of attendant intrusion function in Stored Program Control （SPC） exchange, analyzes the detailed call process by using signaling analyzing software. By comparing with the international standards, it proves that attendant intrusion function can be settled by modifying software. Based on the analysis of actual situation, the paper also explains some new functions and services of SPC exchange, describes the software configuration and points for attention.
