摘　　要：程控交换机构成的交换网是现代通信网的重要组成部分,因此在交换机出现故障时能够及时地判断和处理就显得尤为重要。文章对维护临沂供电公司中兴ZXJ10交换机工作中遇到的问题进行总结,介绍了维护中遇到的几个比较典型的故障现象,对故障现象进行分析判断,并简要描述了故障的处理过程,其中也涉及交换机维护中的部分测试诊断工具的使用。对相关通信专业人员的日常维护工作具有一定的参考价值。Exchange network composed of Stored Program Control （SPC） exchange is an important part of modern communication network. It is crucial to diagnose and treat the faults of exchange in time. Focusing on the problems of Zhongxing ZXJ10 exchange in Linyi Power Supply Company, this paper analyses some typical faults, describes the faults treatment and introduces some diagnosing tools. It has some reference value for maintenance staffs.
