摘  要:针对当前阻波器的测量设备测量精度不高、抗干扰能力差问题,文章提出了一种精确度高的数字化电力阻波器高频参数测量系统。该系统利用DSP处理器自带定时器输出的具有丰富谐波的稳定方波代替振荡器源信号,使系统结构简单易于调试;采用的A/D转换器内置了16 B深度的FIFO存储器,使系统通过中断方式与微处理器进行通信,提高了软硬件运行效率。实验结果证实,该系统可以达到优于1%的精度,并具有优良的抗噪声性能。Aiming at the problems existing in measuring devices on power line trap, such as low precision and poor anti-jamming ability, this paper introduces a digital and high-precision measuring system on high frequency parameters of power line trap. The sys- tem uses square wave generated by DSP timer as oscillator signal, therefore the system has a simple structure and is easy to be de- bugged. Since there is FIFO memory in the A/D converter, the converter can communicate with micro-processor by interruption mode, so operation efficiency of hardware and software is improved. Experimental results show that the system can obtain a precision of better than 1% and has a good ability of anti-jamming.
