摘　　要：文章对《规范》所涉及的工程验收组织管理和验收内容如光缆线路、光通信设备、电源系统、机房环境和工程文件进行了解释和说明,旨在更好地贯彻落实此《规范》,努力实现光通信工程建设零缺陷移交并投运。This paper introduces the management of acceptance emphasizing on optical fiber lines, optical communication equipments, power supply system, equipment rooms environment as well as engineering files. The purpose of this paper is to carry out the specification so as to realize an error free construction.
