摘　　要：目的:探讨乳癌患者腋窝淋巴结99mTc-甲氧基异丁基异腈(99mTc-MIBI)显像结果与P-糖蛋白(P-gp)表达的关系。方法:65例女性乳癌患者于术前1周进行腋窝淋巴结99mTc-MIBI显像。采用免疫组织化学方法检测术后腋窝淋巴结标本中P-gp的表达。结果:腋窝淋巴结99mTc-MIBI显像阳性组与阴性组之间P-gp的表达无明显差异(χ2=0.301,P=0.583)。结论:乳癌患者腋窝淋巴结99mTc-MIBI显像结果可能与P-gp的表达无关。Aim： To evaluate the relationship between the results of ^99mTc-MIBI imaging and the expression of p-glycoprotein （P-gp） in the axillary lymph node of patients with breast cancer. Methods： A total of 65 female patients with breast cancer accepted ^99mTc-MIBI axillary lymph node scintigraphy at 1 week before operation. The expressions of P-gp in specimens of axillary lymph node were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results： All the 65 patients were divided into 2 groups according to the ^99mTc-MIBI imaging results： the positive imaging group and the negative imaging group, but there 2 was no significant difference in the expression of P-gp between the 2 groups （χ^2= 0. 301, P = 0. 583 ）. Conclusion ： In the axillary lymph node of patients with breast cancer, the ^99mTc-MIBI imaging results may have no relationship with the expression of P-gp.
