摘  要:目的:对比人工耳蜗植入术后听功能评估中电诱发听觉脑干反应(EABR)及电诱发复合动作电位(ECAP)的作用。方法:对53例Nucleus24R型人工耳蜗植入者行第10电极EABR及ECAP测试。EABR测试参数:刺激频率48Hz,脉宽25μs/相。ECAP测试参数:脉宽25μs/相,刺激频率900Hz。比较EABR和ECAP波形出现率。结果:EABR波形出现率为96.22%,高于ECAP波形出现率(88.68%,χ2=61.3,P<0.05)。结论:EABR是对人工耳蜗植入者听功能进行客观评价的有效方法,在对人工耳蜗术后听功能评价方面优于ECAP测试。Aim : To compare the effects of electrically evoked auditory brainstem response (EABR) test and electrically evoked compound-action potential (ECAP) test in evaluating postoperative auditory system function of cochlear implant patients. Methods:EABR and ECAP at the 10th electrode were recorded in 53 cases that received Nucleus 24 cochlear implant. The parameters of EABR test were: frequency: 48 Hz,pulse wide: 25 μs/phase. The parameters of ECAP test were: pulse wide: 25 μs/phase, frequency: 900 Hz. The rates of elicited EABR and ECAP waves were compared. Results: EABR waves was elicited in 96.22% cases, which was higher than that of ECAP (88.68% , χ^2 = 61.3, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : EABR test is an effective method of evaluating auditory system function and is superior to ECAP test.
