摘　　要：克服法治惩戒和道德宣教局限的反腐败警示训诫防线,在实际运行中呈现的是以各级党政组织及其负责人为实施主体,以党员干部为实施对象,以《陕西省构建警示训诫防线工作办法》为依据,以警示提醒、诫勉督导、责令纠错三项制度的实施为基本内容,以保障警示训诫防线规范高效运行,有效预防和遏制腐败为基本目标的复杂系统。信息收集、信息处理、对象排查、确定对象、组织实施、监督整改、形成结论、复查复议、资料归档等各个环节有机衔接,构成完整的业务流程。信息收集和处理机制、组织保障机制、监控协同机制、激励约束机制为警示训诫防线顺利运行提供支持,确保系统优化和目标的实现。Advising defense line for punishing rule by law and morals can be a complex system of preventing and hindering corruption as a goal, which presents in actual operation different levels Party and governments as a core; the cadres of party member as implementing objects; based on ＂ Shanxi province founds advise the working methods of warning defense line ＂; basic content contains reminding, supervising and correcting errors. There are some steps as follows, collecting information , dealing with information, orienting and deleting objects, implementing organization, supervising reform , drawing a conclusion ,gathering files and reconsidering and check. This forms complete business process. Information is collected and processor system and organization guarantee mechanism and monitoring cooperate with mechanism, encourage restraint mechanism to advising defense line to run smoothly, ensure the realization of systematic optimization and goal.
