摘 要:在常温27~29℃、pH7.0~7.5条件下,序批式生物膜反应器短程硝化的试验表明:控制DO(2.0~3.0mg/L)和好氧时间可以实现稳定的亚硝酸盐积累。NO3--N始终在0.5mg/L以下,亚硝酸根积累率NO2--N/(NO2--N+NO3--N)大于98%;生物膜厚度影响短程硝化程度,单个膜片体积和干重较小的反应器对亚硝酸根积累量较多,氨氧化速率也较快,而两者较大的反应器对亚硝酸盐反硝化作用强,亚硝酸根积累量较少;DO和pH的这些变化规律,可以被用于判定短程硝化反应快慢速度和结束时间,实现短程硝化的过程控制。A short-ranget nitrification test by SBR was done under the conditions of normal temperature 27 -29℃ and pH 7.0-7.5.The results showed that controlling DO (2.0-3.0mg/L)and aerobic time can realize stable nitrite accumulation;NO3-N was below 0.5mg/L all along; the accumulation rate of nitrous acidic radicals(NO2^- -N, NO3^- -N)was over 98%; biofilm thickness affected short-range nitrogen range.Single film slice' volume and reactor with small weight had more accumulation of nitrous acidic radicals and ammonia oxidation rate was greater,the reactor with greater dry weight had strong action of denitrification for nitrite,and accumulation quantity of nitrous acidic radicals was less.The speed and finishing time of short-range nitrification can be judged by utilizing DO and pH changing law to realize the process control for short-range nitrification.
