摘　　要：Web站点的个性化服务功能,可以帮助用户快速找到其所需的信息。基于推荐系统是当前实现个性化服务的主要方法。这种个性化服务方法存在显示不直观和重复计算的缺点。本文给出了基于Petri网的Web个性化服务方法,克服了基于推荐方法的缺点,并讨论了进一步的研究工作。With the personalized service functions, a user can find information from Web quickly. At present, the main method of Web personalized service is based on recommendation system. This method has two shortcomings： first is that the recommended information can not be showed to users intuitively; second is that it needs to compute the recommended information repetitively. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, we give an effective Web personalized service based on Petri net in this paper and the future works are also discussed.
