水稻育种科研人员的科研行为分析——基于江苏省的实证研究

摘　　要：根据对江苏省9家基层农科所的33位育种科研人员的调查资料,建立Tobit模型分析了科研人员个人特征对其育种行为的影响。模型分析的结果表明,年龄、从事育种工作年限、性别、是否担任行政职务等个人特征都对育种科研人员的科研时间投入具有显著影响。基层农科所在其内部开展的育种机构市场化方向的改革尝试,使其提早适应了种子产业市场化改革,没有带来更大影响。Based on the investigation materials to 33 paddy rice breeding scientific researchers in 9 family level agricultural centers of Jiangsu Province, this article builds a Tobit model and analyzes the influence that the individual characteristic has to the breeding behavior. The result of the model analysis indicates that individual characteristics such as age, working period, sex, whether holding the post of the administrative duty and so on have remarkable influence to the scientific research time of scientific researchers. The attempt of breeding organization marketability direction reforms adopted in the basic unit agricultural center makes it adapt the seed industry marketability reform ahead of time. So it doesn＇t bring a more tremendous influence.
