摘　　要：财务报表以及财务比率分析能为电网长期投资决策提供重要依据,在综合应用电力系统分析、技术经济学、财务分析理论的基础上,采用Visual C++6.0和Access数据库开发了电网长期投资决策辅助软件系统。该系统考虑将电网长期投资放在全公司的经营能力下进行分析,先对电网规划方案进行技术分析,然后将投资方案所带来的成本、收益核算到整个公司的经营水平内,使用一套全面、简洁、科学的经济评价指标体系,以净资产收益率为核心指标,同时进行综合经济效益评价,为电网规划与建设提供科学决策依据。The analysis of the financial statement can bring some important evidences to the long term investment decision of power grid. Based on power system analysis, technological economics, financial analysis theory, a long term investment decision assistant system of power grid is developed by using Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0 and Access database. This system evaluates the long term inve＇ tment of power grid under the whole operation ability of company, analyzes the power grid project first, then checks the cost and profit in the whole operation level of the company. A comprehensive index system is established taking the return on equity as the core index.
