摘  要:针对柴油机各组成部分的主要故障模式和无损检测的需求,确定了对柴油机整机技术状态进行监测的参数;以便携式工控机为核心,配以不同功用的传感器、信号调理电路以及多路数据采集卡,完成了柴油机在线故障诊断设备的硬件设计;分析了柴油机故障诊断的原理;通过对有关动态信号的采集、分析和特征参数提取,实现了对柴油机进行无损检测和故障诊断的功能。The running parameters that should be monitored of diesel are chosen according to the main fault patterns of diesel and the need of nondestructive measuring. The online fault diagnosing device for diesel is designed. It's composed of a portable computer-the core of it,a multi-channeled data acquisition card, signal conditioning circuits and some related sensors. The principle of fault diagnosis for diesel is analyzed through sampling and feature extraction to the signals, and the function of nondestructive measuring and fault diagnosis for the diesel are achieved.
