小体重先天性心脏病患儿的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的总结小体重先天性心脏病患儿围手术期护理经验。方法对26例5-15kg的先天性心脏病患儿在体外循环辅助下施行心内畸形矫治术，围手术期采取护理措施包括：保持循环系统、呼吸系统稳定，预防感染，对家属的健康指导和培训等。结果23例先天性心脏病患儿治愈出院，呼吸衰竭死亡1例，低心排综合征死亡2例。结论对小体重先天性心脏病患儿围手术期密切监测可明显降低死亡率，提高手术成功率。Objective To sum up experience of perioperative care in low body weight infants with congenital cardiopathy. Methods Do 26 intracardiac deformation corrections with CPB for 5 to 15kg infants with congenital cardiopathy. Keep circulatory system and respiratory system stable, prevent infection, direct and train parents during period of peration. Results 23 cases recovered, 1 case respiratory failure, 2 cases low - heart - output syndrome, death rate of 11.5 %. Conclusion Closely perioperative care in perioperative care in low body weight infants with congenital cardiopathy is the key to reduce death rate and improve the achievement ratio of surgery.
