手术室拖鞋污染情况的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究手术室拖鞋污染的情况。方法视觉检查拖鞋表面是否有血液污染;对每双鞋的右脚上表面和鞋底取样,接种并计数菌落。结果44%的手术室拖鞋有血液污染,63%外科医生的拖鞋被血液污染。结论手术室拖鞋的清洁工作不容乐观,最好的清洁方式是在使用后在特定的洗衣机里洗涤。Objective To study the slipper contamination in operation room. Methods Whether there was blood contaminant on the surface of slipper detected by eyes, Samples were collected from the upper surface the tread of right foot for each pair of shoe, then inoculated and counted for the colonies. Results There were blood contaminants on 44% （24/54） of the slippers in operation room, and there were blood contaminants on 63% of slippers of surgeons. Conclusions The present practice of manual cleaning of slippers is unsatisfactory, It is recommended that slippers should be washed in special automatic washing machines.
