摘　　要：目的探讨电视纵隔镜术患者围手术期的护理。方法总结21例行电视纵隔镜手术的患者围手术期的观察与护理。结果21例患者成功实施手术,术后无并发症发生。结论电视纵隔镜手术是一种有效、安全、微创的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the peri-operation nursing of patients who underwent video-assisted mediastinoscopy. Methods The observation and nursing of 21 patients who underwent video-assisted mediastinoscopic operation were introduced. Results 21 cases were successfully performed with mediastinoscopy and had no complications after the operation. Conclusions Video-assisted mediastinoscopy is an effective, safe and micro-invasive therapeutic way.
