摘　　要：目的探讨新药力比泰治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌毒副反应的对症护理措施。方法18例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受力比泰治疗,观察其副作用并实施相应护理措施。结果通过18例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受力比泰治疗的临床观察,总结力比泰副反应的护理干预措施。结论力比泰治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者时,及时进行护理干预和对症处理至关重要,能有效地提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing of harmful side effects of Alimta in treating terminal NSCI.C. Methods 18 patients with terminal NSCLC received Alimta and were observed on the harmful said effects, and then were given corresponding nursing. Results Thought clinical nbservation of the patients, the nursing measure of Alimta was summarized. Conclusions It is very important for improving the quality of life of the patients with terminal NSCI.C and received Alimla to perforrn nursing intervention in time.
