乳腺癌患者术后运用有氧运动康复操的护理优势

摘　　要：目的探讨有氧运动康复操对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能恢复、生活自理能力的影响。方法120例乳腺癌患者术后未用和运用有氧运动康复操各60例,比较2种护理方式的效果,并对两者的护理优势进行分析。结果运用有氧运动康复操后,患者患肢功能恢复快,精神状态好,平均住院日缩短等优点。结论提示有氧运动康复操能促进乳腺癌患者早日康复,减轻患者经济负担,同时加强了与患者的沟通,提高工作效率,保证护理质量。Objective To explore the influence of aerobic exercise rehabilitation gymnastics on the recovery of the function of the suffered limbs of the post--operation patients with mammary glands cancer, as well as on the patients＇ abilities of taking care of themselves after the operation for mammary glands cancer. Methods Of 120 patients who accepted the operation due to mammary glands cancer, 60 patients used aerobic exercise rehabilitation gymnastics, and 60 patients did not. By a comparison of the effects of the two kinds of nursing, the nursing advantages of the two kinds of nursing were analyzed. Results With using aerobic exercise rehabilitation gymnastics, the patients got their limbs recovered quickly and have a good mental state, and their average hospitalized days cut down. Conclusions It suggests that the rehabilitation gymnastics of aerobic exercise can promote the recovery of the post--operation patients suffered from breast cancer and make the patients get over earlier, and alleviate the patients＇ economic burden. At the same time, the nursing process can strengthen the nurses＇ communications with the patient, enhance the work efficiency, and ensure the nursing quality.
