摘　　要：目的探讨胎膜治疗Ⅲ期压疮的效果。方法76例97处Ⅲ期压疮随机分为3组,A组（32处）给予胎膜治疗,B组（32处）给予鸡蛋膜治疗,C组（33处）给予润湿烧伤膏治疗;观察各组经2个疗程处理后的抗菌消炎、去腐、生肌、总疗效（治愈）情况。结果3组Ⅲ期压疮经2个疗程治疗后消炎、去腐、生肌、总疗效（治愈）治疗效果比较,A组明显好于B组和C组,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论胎膜治疗Ⅲ期压疮的疗效显著,是治疗Ⅲ期压疮的好方法。Objective To explore the effect of fetal membrane in treating the patients with Ⅲ period bedsore. Methods 76 patients with 97 places Ⅳ period bedsore were divided randomly into three groups： group A （n = 32）. group B （n = 32）, group C （n = 33）. The patients in group A were treated with fetal membrane, those in group B were treated with egg membrane and those in group C were trea ted with Runshi burns paste. The effects of three groups were observed after four weeks therapy, Results The effect of group A were best in the groups, and the difference was significantly （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions In Ⅲ period bedsore, fetal membrane treatment is effective.
