摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的有效性、安全性及综合护理的作用。方法根据宫颈糜烂程度及病理类型将263例慢性宫颈炎患者分类,聚焦超声治疗后3月内随访,分析其有效性和安全性。结果宫颈糜烂治愈率72.24%,3种不同分型的总有效率无显著差异（P〉0.05）,而治愈率则与糜烂程度、病理类型显著相关（P〈0.01）;无严重不良并发症。结论聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎安全有效,值得推广。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound and its nursing in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods According to the degrees of erosion and pathologic types, 263 patients with chronic cervicitis were classified and received focused ultrasound treatments. The patients were followed up within 3 months after treatment to analyze the efficacy and safety. Results The cure rate of cervical erosion was 72.24 %. There was no significant difference in the total efficiency rate among 3 types of chronic cervicitis （P 〉 0.05）. However, the cure rate was related to the degree of erosion and pathologic type （P 〈 0.05）. No serious complication appeared. Conclusions Focused ultrasound is efficacy and safe in the treatment of chronic cervicitis, so it is worthy to popularizing.
