精神科住院患者康复期睡眠的护理管理

摘　　要：目的探讨适宜的住院睡眠环境,以改善精神障碍患者的睡眠质量。方法自制调查表对168例住院精神障碍患者进行与睡眠相关的住院环境需求的调查。结果督促患者按时上床休息和起床;保持病房安静;不能入睡时及时给予安眠药,指导入睡;保证睡眠舒适。结论康复期精神障碍患者的睡眠管理应以“以患者为中心”为原则,充分尊重患者的个体化睡眠环境需求。Objective To explore the eligible environment for the sleeping of the inpatients with mental disorders, with the aim of improving the sleeping quality. Methods Using self-made questionnaire, the investigation was conducted with 168 inpatients, with the purpose of understanding the patients＇ demand for the sleeping environment. Results Urging the patients to go to bed （78 cases, 46.4%） and waking up on time （100 cases, 59.5%） ; keeping the wards peaceful （136 cases, 81.0 and 118 cases, 70.2%） ; promptly giving the sleeping pills if the some patients failed to fall asleep （116 cases, 69.0G ） ; giving special instruction for sleeping （ 126 cases, 75.0 %） ; and guaranteeing the patients＇ sleeping comfortably （102 cases, 60.7%）. Conclusions The principle, keeping the patient as the center, should be obeyed in the management of their sleeping, with enough attention given to the patients according to the individual sleeping demand.
