摘　　要：危重病人抢救中广泛应用各种监护、治疗仪器,由于仪器的先进性和优越性,为危重病人的诊断、治疗及抢救提供了有效的保证,但仪器设备也给病人带来一些身心影响。护理人员通过不断提高认知水平和急救技能,规范使用仪器设备,降低仪器带给病人的拘禁感和拥挤感,减少皮肤黏膜的损伤,减少噪音及视觉干扰等护理措施,给予病人生理及心理支持,提高抢救成功率,增强其战胜疾病的信心,促进护理质量的全面提高。Many kinds of advanced and superior medical apparatus such as monitors and therapeutic instruments had been widely used in modern critical care, which guaranteed the efficiency of diagnosis, treatment and rescue. But these apparatus may also influence the patients＇ body and mind such as feelings of being rest rained, congestion, dermal trauma, noise and vis ual interruption. By improving the knowledge and skills of the nurses,standardizing the use of the apparatus could help to decrease the comfortlessness as described above. Physical and psychological supports may improve the confidence of the patients, increase the success of critical care, and promote the comprehensive advance of nursing quality.
