摘　　要：目的探讨PTBD联合3DCRT治疗肝门部胆管癌患者的护理技巧。方法对我科12例PTBD术联合3DCRT治疗肝门部胆管癌患者的临床护理作回顾分析。结果经治疗症状缓解明显,近期疗效显著,生存质量改善,未发生与护理相关的并发症。结论PTBD术联合3DCRT治疗肝门部胆管癌是行之有效的疗法,结合精心的护理可提高患者的生存质量,延长生存期。Objective To explore the nursing skills for the patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma （HCC） after the treatment of PTBD associated with 3DCRT. Methods The clinical nursing experiences on the 12 patients with HCC in our branch after the operation of PTBD associated with 3DCRT were reviewed. Results Syndromes and life quality were improved, the curative effect was also significantly in the near future. There were no complications associated with our nursing. Conclusions It is a useful operation of PTBD associated with 3DCRT to treat the patients with HCC. This therapy can improve the life quality and lifespan of the patients, if combined with a careful nursing.
