摘　　要：面对农业、农村、农民问题出现的新情况,江泽民同志从我国国情出发创造性地将三者综合考虑,系统、深入地论述了巩固农业基础、推进农村发展、保护农民利益的思想,为"三农"问题的解决做出了重要的理论贡献。江泽民同志的"三农"思想对全面建设小康社会特别是新农村建设有着重大的现实意义。As a variety of new problems emerge in the field of agriculture, rural areas and peasants, Jiang considers comprehensively the three problems creatively from the viewpoint of China＇ s national conditions, forming systematically and thoroughly the thought of consolidating agricultural basis, promoting rural development and protecting peasants＇ interests, which is great theoretical contribution to the solution of the three rural-related problems in China. After the publication of Jiang Zeming Antholog, it is of great practical significance for us to study again Jiang＇s ＇thought of three rural problem＇ in well-off society building, esp. new rural construction.
