摘  要:[目的]通过研究气态甲醛暴露对小鼠外周血免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平的影响,探索甲醛污染对人体健康的影响。[方法]将80只成年雌、雄各半昆明种小鼠随机分成4组,每组20只,每天2h吸入不同浓度气态甲醛(0.0、2.5、10.0、30.0mg/m^3)持续2周,测定小鼠外周血血清中IgM及IL-4含量。[结果]外周血中IgM随甲醛暴露浓度的增高而增高,经校正卡方检验,30.0mg/m^3组与0.0、2.5mg/m^3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),外周血中IL-4的含量亦随甲醛暴露浓度的增加而增高,10.0和30.0mg/m^3组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]高浓度(30.0mg/m^3)甲醛吸入,能引起小鼠外周血清IgM含量水平升高,中(10.0mg/m^3)及高(30.0mg/m^3)浓度甲醛吸入则可引起IL-4升高,且均有随吸入甲醛浓度升高而不断升高的趋势。[ Objective ] To explore the effect of formaldehyde inhalation on immunoglobulln M and interleukin-4 synthesis level in peripheral blood of mice. [ Methods ] Eighty KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups.Different concentrations ( 0.0 mg/m^3, 2.5 mg/m^3, 10.0 mg/m^3, 30.0 mg/m^3 )of formaldehyde were given to different groups of mice respectively by inhalation in a dynamic enclosure chamber for 14 days. Then serum IgM and the IL-4 concentration in peripheral blood were determined. [ Results ] A significant increase tendency of the positive rate of serum IgM in peripheral blood was observed with increasing of inhalation close of formaldehyde.There was significant difference in 30.0 mg/m^3 group compared with control group and 2.5 mg/m^3 group( P 〈 0.01 ). The serum IL-4 concentrations in peripheral blood were increased significantly with the increasing of formaldehyde concentration too.h was significantly higher in 10.0 and 30.0 mg/m^3 group than that of control group, the difference was statistical significant ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] The results suggest that the inhaling formaldehyde in a higher dose might induce the elevation of serum IgM and IL-4 in peripheral blood of mice.
