铬中毒病人血液生化指标变化的综合研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨铬中毒病人血液生化指标变化情况。[方法]测定铬中毒病例组的生化指标,并和正常人对照组作比较。[结果]病例组肝肾功能生化指标升高,和对照组比较,差异均具有高度显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]铬中毒病人肝肾功能生化指标升高,临床上应对症治疗。[ Objective ] To investigate the changes of laboratory blood biochemistry indices in chromium poisoning patient. [ Methods ] Laboratory blood biochemistry tests were determined in chromium poisoning case group, and compared with control group. [ Results ] Laboratory blood biochemistry indices dealing with liver and kidney function rose obviously. There were high significant differences compared with contrast group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion ] Biochemistry indices dealing with liver and kidney function in chromium poisoning patient rose significantly. Patients should be treated according to their symptoms.
