摘　　要：介绍了秦山第三核电厂个人剂量监测的实施。重点介绍氚内照射剂量监测计划、测量设备、尿样收集处理以及氚剂量计算方法等,给出了电站2003~2005年个人剂量的监测统计结果,并与国外同类型重水堆核电站的剂量监测结果作了比较。This paper introduced individual dose motoring undertaken at TQNPC （Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company）, with emphasis on tritium intemal dose monitoring plan,measurement equipment, collection and treatment of urine sample, and calculation of tritium dose. Also the monitoring results of individual dose in 2003 ~ 2005 are presented and the comparisons of dose monitoring results made between the TQNPC with other PHWRs overseas of the same types.
