摘　　要：依法治校,正确处理高校内各种矛盾纠纷是构建和谐校园的重要内容。大学生是高校的重要主体,其权利意识日趋增强,其权利保护也日趋重要和紧迫。在和谐校园建设中,如何构建多元化的高校学生权利救济机制,是一个重要的课题。Running the college by law and dealing with the disputes within the college well are two important contents in constructing a harmonious campus.Students are the main body of a college.With the increase of their right consciousness,the importance and urgency of the protection of their right become increasingly apparent.Thus how to establish a multi-salvation system for college students＇ right has become an essential subject in developing a harmonious campus.
