摘　　要：作为检察领域的一项新型制度设计,人民监督员制度体现了我国社会主义法治文明的基本价值取向,符合我国宪政制度设计的根本要求。制度试行以来虽然在实践中显示出强大的生命力和优越性,但在具体规定和措施上仍引起不少争议。本文通过对人民监督员制度的法理诠释、价值分析及具体制度设计等进行探讨,以求进一步科学规范和完善人民监督员制度。As an examination domain new system design,the people＇s supervisor system has manifested our country socialism government by law civilization basic value orientation,conforms to our country constitutional government system design basic requirement. Although since the system implementation has demonstrated the formidable vitality and the superiority in reality,but still causes many disputes in the specific stipulation and the measure. This article through to the people＇s supervisor system legal principle theory of law annotation,the value analysis and the concrete system design and so on carries on the discussion,in order to further the scientific standard and consummates the people＇s supervisor system.
