二尖瓣狭窄外科治疗的远期疗效探讨

摘　　要：随机抽取风心病二尖瓣狭窄病变60例，分别采用闭式扩张、辩膜成形及瓣膜替换术。经术后5～15年随诊观察，分析其远期疗效，认为若根据二尖辩病变程度，正确选择相应手术方式，可取得较满意远期疗效。文中提出对各类病变的手术适应证。60 cases suffering from rheumatic mitral stenosis wereabatracted by randomization and were taken surgical treatmentby close cominissurotoniy,mitral valvuloplasty and mitralvalve replacement.Their long- term result were analysed after the operation from 5 to 15 years follow up.Conclusions:the long term result will be satisfactory if you choose differentsurgical practices correctly according to the type of mitralstenosis. The article discuss the surgical indication in different type of .mitral stenosis.
