摘 要:目的:通过分析现行放射科数字化升级过程中影像网络配套建设情况及各自优缺点,提醒大家重视放射科教字化升级改造中影像网络建设,以尽可能发挥数字影像设备及影像网络的最大性能。方法:通过走访多家进行了放射科数字化升级的医院,总结出现存的三种规模的影像网络,分析各自优缺点。结果:建立功能强大的PACS系统,能充分发挥数字影像设备的优势。而简单的影像网络不能全面发挥数字设备的优势,但投资成本小,适合小型医院使用。结论:影像网络性能对数字影像设备能否充分发挥其优势具有非常重要的意义,在放射科数字化升级改造时,要重视影像网络建设,做到提早规划,配套建设。Objective By analyzing the existing about the building for image network and respective advantages and disadvantages in the process of radiology digital upgrading. To remind everybody to pay attention to image network building in the process of radiology digital upgrading, To give play to the most function of the digital image equipment and image network. Methods Through visit many hospitals which had upgraded the radiology digital. We concluded three type of image network that existing and analyzing respective advantages and disadvantages. Results Build powerful PACS system can give full play to digital imaging equipment advantage. The simple image network can't give full play to digital equipment advantage, but it is fit for the small hospital for it' s investment cost small. Conclusion Imaging network performance is very important, whether can give full play to the image equipment advantage. We should pay attention to the image network building, do planning earlier and the corollary building , when we upgrading radiology digital equipment.
