系统护理方法在静脉留置针护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察系统护理方法在整形病人静脉留置针护理中的应用效果。方法选择整形病人术后使用静脉留置针者335例,其中对照组170例,实验组165例。对照组采用常规的留置针输液和健康教育法,实验组采用系统护理方法,比较2组病人留置针使用情况。结果2组留置时间、留置针或肝素帽脱出、病人或小儿家长满意率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论系统护理方法能有效降低留置针脱出的概率,提高整形病人术后留置针护理的质量,提高护理人员的健康宣教意识,增强病人及家属的自我观察、自我护理的能力。Objective To observe the effects of systematic nursing management for plastic patients with intravenous（iv）cannula.Methods 335 postoperative plastic cases with iv cannula were selected,in which 170 cases were in control group and 165 cases in experimental group.There is no significant difference in age,education background and the iv cannula insertion sites between two groups.Routine iv cannnla infusion and heath education was applied to the control group and systematic nursing management was used in the experimental group and the utilization of iv cannnla in the two group was compared.Results significant difference（P〈0.05）was showed in the length of time kept in sites,dislocation of cannulas or heparin adaptors and satisfactory rates of adult patients and parents of pediatric patients.Conclusions Systematic nursing management could effectively reduce the risk rates of iv cannula dislocation,improve the nursing outcome for iv cannula application in postoperative plastic patients,strengthen the perception of health education in nursing staff and enhance the abilities to self-observe and self-care among patients and their relatives.
