摘　　要：目的比较70%酒精与安尔碘进行皮肤消毒后应用快速血糖仪监测血糖值之间的差别。方法对30例病例分别在左、右手用70%酒精和安尔碘消毒后用同一台血糖仪测定血糖值,比较2种消毒剂对末梢血糖检测结果的影响。结果2种消毒剂测得的末梢血糖值差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论按正规操作程序采用安尔碘进行皮肤消毒测试快速血糖时不会影响血糖结果的准确性。Objective To compare the difference of the level of blood glucose（BG）obtained by fast-BG tester after degerming skin with 70% ethanol and anerdian.Methods The same fast-BG tester was used to determine the level of BG after skin degerming with 75% ethanol in one hand,and anerdian on the other hand for the same person,so as to compare the influence of the two types of disinfectants on the measurement result of the peripheral BG.Results There was no significant meaning on the level of peripheral BG with the two types of disinfectants（P〉0.05）.Conclusions It has no influence on the accuracy of the test of peripheral BG level if anerdian is used to conduct skin degerming following a proper procedure.
