摘　　要：目的探讨骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗心肌梗死患者的护理。方法总结自体骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗缺血性心脏病患者22例的护理经验。结果22例患者手术成功,心功能得到改善。结论术前完善的准备、心理护理以及术后严密的观察、细致的护理保障了骨髓单个核细胞移植患者的良好康复。Objective To discuss the nursing of myocardial infarction patients treated by intracoronary autologous mononuclear bone marrow cells（BMCs）transplantation.Methods The nursing experiences of intracoronary autologous mononuclear BMCs transplantation in the treatment of 22 cases having ischemic heart disease were summarized.Results The operations of 22 cases were successful,and the heart functions were improved.Conclusions Perfect preparation and psychological nursing before the operation,strict observation and meticulous nursing after the operation can guarantee the good rehabilitation of patients underwent intracoronary autologous mononuclear BMCs transplantation.
