摘　　要：目的降低骨科下肢创伤及手术后患者深静脉血栓形成的发生率。方法对263例骨科下肢创伤及手术后患者采取积极的预防护理措施：早期观察和评估、健康知识宣教、机械预防、预防性抗凝治疗的护理等措施。结果263例患者中只有9例有下肢深静脉血栓形成（发生率为3.42%）。结论骨科下肢创伤及手术后患者施行积极的预防护理措施对减少下肢深静脉血栓形成具有重要的临床意义。Objective To reduce the patients＇ incidence of deep venous thrombosis after extremitas inferior trauma and operation.Methods Two hundred and sixty three patients after extremitas inferior trauma and operation received preventive nursing intervention actively,including earlier observation,knowledge education,mechanical prevention and preventive anticoagulant therapy.Results The incidence of deep venous thrombosis was 3.42%（9 of 263 cases）.Conclusions It plays important role of carrying out preventive nursing intervention to reduce the patients＇ incidence of deep venous thrombosis after extremitas inferior trauma and operation.
