护士家访对首发精神分裂症家庭康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护士家访对首发精神分裂症患者家庭康复的影响。方法将100例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为家访组和对照组各50例,家访组患者出院后接受为期1年的护士家访,用阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）和社会功能缺陷筛查量表（SDSS）评价康复效果。结果家访组患者出院后第1年末PANSS、SDSS评分显著低于出院时和同期对照组,复发率也显著低于对照组。结论护士家访能促进首发精神分裂症患者家庭康复。Objective To explore the influence of nursing home visiting on the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics.Methods All 100 first episode schizophrenics were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group.Each had 50 cases.The experimental group received nurses＇ home visiting for a years.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）and Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS）were used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients rehabilitation.Results In the end of first year of discharging,the scores of PANSS and SDSS in the experimental group were lower significantly than those in the control group and those in the moment of discharging.,so as the rate of relapse.Conclusions nurses＇ home visiting can significantly improve the home rehabilitation of the first episode schizophrenics.
