摘　　要：目的探讨如何保护静脉输液病人的血管,提高护士的穿刺成功率,减少病人的痛苦。方法将护理程序应用到68例需输液治疗病人的静脉管理当中,先进行输液前评估,然后针对每一个病人的特点制定静脉穿刺计划,在计划实施的过程中收集护士及病人反馈的信息,从而不断改进输液穿刺方案。结果68例静脉输液病人共进行静脉输液1492人次,“一针见血”成功率为87.3%,病人对护士静脉输液满意率为98.5%。结论护理程序应用到输液病人的静脉管理中,尽可能地保护病人的静脉,体现了以病人为核心。由于一针穿刺成功率高,增加病人的住院满意度,也能节约护士的操作时间,提高工作效率。Objective To explore how to protect the vein of patients, increase the success rate of puncturing by nurses and decrease pains of patients in infusion. Methods Nursing procedure was applied in vein management of 68 patients needing infusion. Patients were assessed before infusion. Then a plan of vein injection was established based on the different conditions of each patient. The information from the nurses and the patients was collected during the conducting of the project. Thereby the plan of vein injection was changed based on the information. Results There were 1492 times of vein injection among the 68 patients. The rate of success called “infusion only once” was 87.3% and the rate of patient satisfaction was 98.5%. Conclusions The nursing procedure in vein management can protect the vein of patient needing infusion mostly. This result reflects the belief that patient is the core in treatment. The high rate of success increases the satisfaction of in-patients, shortens the operating time of a nurse and promotes the efficiency of working.
